East County-based Personal Physicians offers a team of six primary care and specialty physicians who are board certified/board eligible in family practice and board certified in internal medicine. Chiropractic services are also offered through

Personal Physicians. We can accommodate a full range of your medical needs, from infant care to geriatric. Also, two of our physicians are board certified in gastroenterology and infectious diseases. Personal Physicians have staff privileges at Scripps Hospital - East County, Grossmont Hospital and Alvarado Hospital. We participate in most insurance plans, including Medicare and senior HMOs with FHP, Secure Horizons, HealthNet, Senior, Prudential Senior, Cigna Senior, and Aetna Senior health plans. We also are contracted with Aetna, Blue Shield, California Care, Cigna, Health Net, FHP, PacifiCare, Prudential, Foundation, Sharp, Tricare (Tricare Plus and Prime) and all PPOs and indemnity insurance.

Other services Personal Physicians also conducts DMV, school and sports physicals and FAA examinations. We can evaluate patients for pre-employment physicals and workers' compensation claims and automobile injuries.
