Joe D. Goldstritch,

Joe D. Goldstrich, M.D., a board certified cardiologist, has practiced natural and homeopathic medicine along with traditional medicine for more than 25 years. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1964. After establishing a private practice in cardiology, he served as National Director of Education and Community Programs for the American Heart Association, National Center. Between 1977 and 1982, Dr. Goldstrich was associated with the Pritikin Longevity Center, serving his last year as medical director of the Center in Santa Monica, California.

Since 1983, Dr. Goldstrich's private practice has focused on homeopathy and nutritional cardiology. His aim is to widen the spectrum of options available to patients who may benefit from complementary therapies for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In 1996, he graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons Botanical Medicine in Clinical Practices Program. He is also a graduate of the American Heart Association Lipid Disorders Training Centers Program and a member of the American College of Nutrition. Dr. Goldstrich also serves on the editorial board of Tke Journal of 0ptimal Nutiition. Dr. Goldstrich's books include: The Best Chanee Diet, One Day at a Time Diet, The Cardiologists Painless Prescription for a Healthy Heart and a Longer Life and Healthy Heart, Longer Life. He resides in Point Loma.
